Before handoff to the carrier

After successful payment authorization, a normal order takes 1–2 business days to process. That preparation time is separate from shipping. Confirm the destination details and the service and charge displayed at checkout before submitting payment.

Travel estimate and tracking

From dispatch, transit is estimated to take 4–6 business days; weekends and applicable holidays do not count. A tracking number may need time for its initial scan. Carrier timelines are estimates rather than promises of a particular arrival date.

Parcel assistance

If a package is late, marked delivered but absent, or arrives damaged, contact edoguzaxeyug70@gmail.com. Give the order number, email used at checkout and tracking reference. Save the parcel materials and useful pictures so the issue can be reviewed without reducing applicable legal protections.
