Where are the product details?

Each Owala page identifies offered variants and media for hydration bottles, cups, bags, pet accessories and care products. Look at the current size, capacity, color, material or style selection before checkout.

What are the two delivery stages?

Authorized payment is followed by approximately 1–2 business days of preparation. Once shipped, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Checkout shows available delivery charges; the Shipping Policy covers tracking questions.

How can an item be returned?

Request an eligible new-item return or exchange within 30 days after delivery, whether the reason is defective or non-defective. Unused original condition is required for non-defective goods. Wait for approval before mailing with the free prepaid label included in the package; no restocking fee is charged.
